- In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, Velena Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise. If we are unable to reschedule the cruise, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
